What      : Ku-ring-gai Business Forum Dinner
Where    : Roseville Golf Club
When     : Wednesday 5th May 2010
Weapon : FujiFilm FinePix S3 Pro
Window : AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR II

Liz Ellis, guest speaker at the Ku-ring-gai Business Forum Dinner relating stories in leading a winning team - and how that experience can be directly translated and used in building a successful business.

From the photography point of view, it is challenging to shoot a dark haired girl in a black dress at night with a dark background. It was only made easier by Liz's natural looks and effervescent personality.

This is Mathew Robbie crossing the line ... you can just see the clock at 37 minutes or so. A great time for this extremely hilly course. He looks like he was cruising. The kids in front of him with the blue numbers, are finishing the 5k course which started at a different time.

Too many cliches in this shot ? Well, you can't escape them here - Sydney is a crass city - full of natural beauty and an interesting, historical, built environment. Then there's us.

I got most of it in this scene yesterday at Government House. What's missing ?

Today, it is mid winter on Mangrove Mountain. Located just 100 kilometres north west of Sydney, it is a beautiful part of our hinterland.

Peats Ridge was originally part of the Great North Road named after George Peat.

It is basically a farming and horse agistment, stud and riding area - with many hectares of orchards, nurseries and market gardens.
